Once we hear from you we will contact you to discuss your situation and make an appointment to visit you. There will be no pressure or obligation and the process is completely confidential.

Step 3 - Receive a valuation

We will work with you to achieve what you need. If we can help you we will make you an offer for your property. This will be fair and realistic - based on a quick sale. We will confirm our offer to you in writing.

Step 4 - Getting the purchase procedure started

If you choose to accept our offer we will then put the purchase procedure into motion. We can recommend a solicitor and will pay your legal fees. We will arrange a survey and providing this is satisfactory we can agreed a completion date suitable for you.

Step 5 - Exchange & completion

Congratulations the cash is yours! You've sold your property in no time at all and are now free to get on with your life. Either remain as our tenant for as long as you like or move on.
